Following the publication of a report titled 'Agile resilience: lessons from Covid-19 for the 'next normal' in August 2020, Resilience First and McKinsey & Company have worked together to create a practical guide to improving agility in organisations of all sizes.

The pandemic has certainly challenged the hospitality to become more agile, productive and innovative in order to meet the new demands of their customers and re-build market confidence.

The old adage that crime never sleeps is true even during a pandemic.   The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime has stated in a policy brief in March 2020 that whilst the effects of the pandemic has caused a decrease in some organised criminal activities, it has also provided new opportunities in other areas, such as cybercrime, counterfeiting, money-laundering and fraud.
