Webinar: 8 February 2021, 3pm to 4pm
Following the publication of a report titled ‘Agile resilience: lessons from Covid-19 for the ‘next normal’ in August 2020, Resilience First and McKinsey & Company have worked together to create a practical guide to improving agility in organisations of all sizes. This will look at ways to implement five main characteristics that can help organisations not only deal with the consequences of the pandemic but also shape their businesses to cope with future changes and potential shocks.
The launch of the guide will include a number of interviews with company executives who have successful applied the characteristics and have lessons to relate.
Guest Speakers:
Caroline Field, Associate Partner, Arup and The Resilience Shift
Christopher Handscomb, Partner in London, McKinsey & Company
Basil Scarsella, Chief Executive Officer, UK Power Networks
Chair:
Simon Collins, Chair, Resilience First
A copy of the Agile guide will be shared with the webinar registrants.
We hope you will be able to attend what promises to be an informative and stimulating discussion.
