Resilience First are delighted to invite our senior executive members to the third roundtable of our joint briefing series with the National Protective Security Authority- NPSA (formerly CPNI), the UK Government’s National Technical Authority for Physical and Personnel Protective Security, in collaboration with CBRE.
“Calling all senior executives – how secure and resilient is your business? Part III: Personnel Security” will take place on Tuesday 18 April 2023, 12pm – 2pm, and will be hosted by CBRE in central London.

Current challenges such as the squeeze on livelihoods, changes to business operating models, geopolitics, war, and the climate change agenda all present an increased insider risk factor.
Led by NPSA’s Head of Outreach for Personnel & People Security, this session will help you effectively embed Insider Risk Mitigation into your corporate strategy. Based on NPSA’s extensive and ongoing research programme, the discussion will also highlight relevant frameworks, guidance, and products to support your business and reduce insider risk.
The session will provide a unique opportunity for you to share your corporate knowledge and experience of mitigating insider risk in a Chatham House environment; the group will collectively discuss and work through the challenges you currently face as a senior decision maker.
The outcome of the session seeks to inform and shape your role going forward within your organisation’s Insider Risk Mitigation Programme – allowing you peace of mind in knowing that a robust mitigation programme that you are part of is in place to deny, detect and deter accidental or deliberate attacks on your business.
