Resilience First is delighted to partner with ISRM, National Preparedness Commission, BCS IT Leaders Forum and BCI for Enabling Resilience of IT Services, a two-day conference on 18-19 May in London.
Organisations face a growing array of IT-related risks, including cyber-attacks, supply chain and third-party failures, infrastructure failures, coding errors and problematic software updates leading to service outages. Despite increasing impacts on productivity and growth, these risks are often not prioritised due to costs, their perceived rarity, and fragmented knowledge on how to build resilience.
Resilience First is holding a plenary session, ‘A Framework for Building Organisational Resilience’, on Monday 18 May, 14:00-16:00. The panel discussion will explore how resilience can be measured and stress-tested outside of crisis, using the latest research and case studies to demonstrate how our Model for Organisational Resilience can be applied to improve IT and digital services.
Speakers:
- Rick Cudworth, Board and Executive Director, Resilience First
- Professor David Denyer, Chair of the School of Management, Cranfield University
This invitation-only conference will bring together participants from public, private, NGO and academic sectors. The full event agenda will be announced soon.
