Friday 17 November 2023, 3pm to 4pm GMT

Resilience First is delighted to convene a virtual roundtable discussion with Ben Spurway, Head of UKRA Policy and Mbongeni Mhlanga, UK Resilience Academy Policy Lead, both from the Resilience Directorate, Economic and Domestic Secretariat, Cabinet Office. The aim of this event is to gain valuable insights into the resilience needs of the private sector in order to feed into the UK government’s considerations for the establishment of a UK Resilience Academy.

This discussion will complement a series of activities to understand how the requirements of the resilience community have evolved since the introduction of the UK Government Resilience Framework. The goal is to develop a new training and skills pathway that drives professionalism and provides support for individuals pursuing a career in resilience.

This event is by invitation only. For more information, please contact Beena Chester on bchester@resiliencefirst.org
