Thursday 25 January 2024, 7pm for 7.30pm to 9.30pm, London

Resilience First, in collaboration with PA Consulting, is delighted to convene senior executive women in resilience with Baroness Fiona Twycross, London’s first Deputy Mayor for Fire and Resilience and Baroness Lucy Neville-Rolfe DBE CMG, Minister of State, Cabinet Office to explore the impact effective resilience leadership can have on outcomes.

In times of crisis, a strong resilient mindset is critical in leading an organisation, business or even a city to navigate disruption and bounce back stronger.  During the height of the pandemic, the UN Women turned to women leaders from around the world for inspiration – from those that had forged peace when ravaged by war; driven innovation despite all odds; persisted in the face of challenge and insisted on building a better future.  Afterall, as Maya Angelou had quoted ‘I can be changed by what happens to me, but I refuse to be reduced by it.’

Chaired by Caroline Field, National Resilience Partner, PA Consulting, the event will explore the importance of personal resilience in making critical decisions during difficult times. Learn from our guests and their stories of personal resilience and inspiration in their leadership roles.

This dinner is by invitation only. For more information, please contact Beena Chester on contact@resiliencefirst.org
