The UK Government has published an updated version of the National Risk Register (NRR).

You will see that it is a vital resource to improving the UK's resilience, delivering on a commitment made in the Government Resilience Framework to provide greater transparency and a developed and shared understanding of the risks we all face. This important document provides invaluable information, giving us the power to invest, prepare, and respond more effectively. With more detail than previously, and specific scenarios, assumptions and response capabilities set out, we encourage organisations and resilience professionals to use it to stress test and strengthen their own resilience as we all move forwards together.

The NRR outlines 89 threats that would have a significant impact on the UK's safety, security or critical systems at a national level - from terrorism, cyber attacks and state threats, to pandemics, wildfires and industrial action.
