In 2026 Resilience First launches Member-Led Dialogues, a new collaborative programme focused on resilience challenges multiple members are facing.
Member-Led Dialogues create a space for inter-organisational learning and knowledge exchange between Resilience First members.
Member-Led Dialogues will:
- Focus on a specific resilience challenge members are facing
- Define the issue and the impact it is having
- Explore how organisations are addressing it
- Identify practical actions members can take
- Produce a briefing paper to share learnings from each dialogue
How the Member-Led Dialogues will operate:
- A Member will propose the dialogue topic and that Member will act as ‘Chair’ for the Dialogue series.
- Resilience First members sign up to take part in the series.
- Resilience First support Members in the smooth running of the Dialogue series while allowing for the Dialogues to be member-led.
Proposed Dialogue Topics for 2026
- Assurance and AI – How can we build trust in the resilience of AI Systems?
