Following the release of Facebook’s ‘Re-emergence Guide – Building small business resilience’ in 2020, Resilience First has worked with Facebook and our partners Russell-Cooke to revise and update the focus for the UK market. Its central themes, however, are relevant to SMEs everywhere and hence can be adopted in other global markets.
The guide looks at issues to consider when re-emerging or rebounding from any major disaster and for building the resilience of your business through the lens of eight pillars: Prepare, People, Process, Patrons, Profits, Place, Promotion, and Practice. The guide contains a goal-setting worksheet template, as well as short vignettes for each of the pillars to apply from a legal or regulatory perspective.
The guide will be launched at our webinar on 14 September and will include the authors as guest speakers, allowing you to direct your questions to a panel of experts.
All who attend the webinar will also be provided with a copy of the digital guide.
Speakers:
Bob Rothenberg, Former Chairman, Blick Rothenberg (Chair)
Emma Shipp, Consultant, Russell-Cooke
Kizzy Augustin, Partner, Russell-Cooke
Matthew Jaffa, Senior External Affairs Manager (London), Federation of Small Businesses
In partnership with Facebook and Russell-Cooke
