Wednesday 23 October, 1pm - 2pm, Zoom

We are pleased to invite our members to Deep dive into the new Model for Organisational Resilience on 23 October at 1pm where we will explore further the recently introduced new Model. This session will provide a more detailed understanding of the model’s key elements and how to apply them in practice.

During the virtual event, Resilience First Board & Executive Director Rick Cudworth and Professor David Denyer from Cranfield University will introduce a selection of illustrative indicators, and walk through two ‘use cases’ or worked examples to demonstrate the Model’s practical application. Additionally, they will take a deeper dive into the three capabilities embedded within the Model: Anticipate, Absorb, and Adapt. They will also discuss what’s next in the development of the model and how our members can get involved.

With thanks to our Members: International SOS, HSBC, Santander and Deloitte who are supporting this programme.
