Resilience First works with more than 500 organisations to strengthen resilience. This enables our members to continue to be successful in adverse conditions, including in periods of significant uncertainty, turbulence, change or disruption.
Our priority is to help our members enhance their resilience through a ‘whole of system’ and ‘whole of society’ approach. At the core of our work is our new Model for Organisational Resilience which provides an international standard on resilience, exclusive to our members, which they can apply.
Our programming and support for members has been built over ten years of collaboration, research and incubation of resilience thinking and initiatives.
