Resilience First works with more than 500 organisations to strengthen resilience. This enables our members to be successful even in adverse conditions, including in periods of significant uncertainty, turbulence, change or disruption.
Our mission is to help our members strengthen their resilience through a ‘whole of system’ and ‘whole of society’ approach. At the core of our work is our Model for Organisational Resilience, developed in conjunction with Cranfield University, School of Management. This Model drives a measurement-led approach to organisational resilience, supporting capacity and capability building and provides practical case studies and tools to help our membership adopt it.
In addition to the Model for Organisational Resilience, we focus on three strategic challenges that are impacting most organisations today: climate change, geostrategic shifts and technological acceleration.
Our programmes are informative and action-oriented, giving members access to the latest thinking and strategic insights, exclusive events and networking opportunities, expert-led webinars, in addition to practical resources and development opportunities for your organisation to enhance your organisational resilience.
Our work serves to build communities of practice that can collaborate and scale action to strengthen resilience.
