As organisations face increasing disruption and uncertainty, the role of the Resilience Professional is becoming more strategically significant. Our cross-sector expert Working Group has developed a Voluntary Occupational Standard for the Resilience Professional, defining the key duties, knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the role.
This survey focuses on the core duties within that standard and forms part of a Training Needs Analysis to understand their importance to you, your current capability, and your future development priorities. Your responses will help inform future learning and professional development.
