We are delighted to announce that Resilience First has partnered with Cranfield School of Management to support public and private sector organisations with their development of resilience capabilities for disruptive and uncertain times, including a new Model for Organisational Resilience which will be launched this autumn.
Resilience First Members are invited to join online on Wednesday 9 October, 1pm to 1:45pm BST for a virtual discussion with Rick Cudworth, Board and Executive Director of Resilience First, and David Denyer, Professor of Leadership and Organisational Change at Cranfield School of Management, where we will give you a preview of the new Model for Organisational Resilience.
We will be discussing the upcoming new model featuring metrics and guiding principles with which organisations can address and improve their resilience in a rapidly developing socioeconomic, political and technological operating environment.
Our collaboration with Cranfield on the new Model for Organisational Resilience is a significant development for our core mission to advance resilience knowledge and practice. Resilience First members will have the opportunity to take part in Cranfield educational courses and services at a members-only rate. Find out more about the partnership here.
We hope you will be able to join this important conversation and look forward to your valuable participation. Joining instructions including the Microsoft Teams link to the session will be shared a couple of days prior to the event.
